Pilates (Beginners/Improvers)

10.45 – 11.45

Pilates is an approach to exercise which is safe for all -

 

·         It builds general fitness and strengthens the core muscles as well as improving posture and flexibility.

·         It helps relieve stress

·         It is suitable for all ages

·         It is recommended by osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practitioners

·         It is a gentle and controlled form of exercise promoting positive improvements to overall health

 

I qualified as a Matwork Instructor with Suzanne Scott at the Scott Studio in 2014. I am IPTA registered - www.iptauk.com

I run two classes on Thursday mornings in Milborne Port:

9.30am – Improvers/Intermediate

10.45am - Beginners/Improvers - suitable for all levels of fitness

The cost is £7 a session – payable in half termly blocks.
