Pilates is an approach to exercise which is safe for all.

  • It builds general fitness and strengthens the core muscles as well as improving posture and flexibility.
  • It helps relieve stress.
  • It is suitable for all ages
  • It is recommended by osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practitioners
  • It is a gentle and controlled form of exercise promoting positive improvements to overall health

 I am qualified through the Pilates Foundation UK which ensures the highest level of training available and am accredited by the NHS directory of complementary practitioners.

 There are two classes on Thursday mornings in MilbornePort:

9.15am – Intermediate level

10.30am - Beginners/improvers - suitable for all levels of fitness

The cost is £5 a session – payable per half term.
