Parish Council Meetings

The Parish Council meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Town Hall at 7.00pm. In addition, there is a Planning Committee which meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month as well as Finance, Open Spaces and Footpaths and HR committees, which meet quarterly.

Dates for 2018 meetings can be seen here and for 2019 can be seen here. All meetings are listed on the Milborne Port community website calendar and can be added to your own electronic agendas by clicking the calendar icon of each entry.

All Council and Committee meetings are open for parishioners to attend and up to half an hour is made available at the beginning of each meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make comments on any matter of interest or concern. Copies of minutes are available at the meetings and are also posted on the Parish Council noticeboard outside the Tippling Philosopher, at the Council Office in the Town Hall, at the Library in North Street and on the village website.

The Parish Council Office at the Town Hall is open every Wednesday morning from 9.30am to 16.30pm, when the Clerk, Simon Pritchard, is available to help with any queries.  The Parish Council welcomes any comments and feedback from members of the public, so please do drop in and see Simon to voice any concerns.
