A Stormy evening for the lights switch on this year, but good fun anyway

As autumn fades and the first chill of winter decends in late November 2015, here are some images of past winters in Milborne Port

Spirit of Milborne Port in conjunction with the South West in Bloom team have organised the planting of bulbs this autumn so that next spring, our grassy public areas will be a blaze of colour.

2014 saw the by now traditional Christmas lights switch on at the Weighbridge, but this year for the first time, including a Christmas tree festival in which organisations and individuals from the village decorated trees which were placed in the Church. Have a browse at some of the trees; maybe you can spot yours.

The Michaelmas market, held in the ball court and around the High Street in 2012 was blessed with fine weather as the pictures show

2012, Jubilee year, saw the revival of the Miborne Port Village Fete, undertaken by the volunteers joining the Spirit of Milborne Port. A fantastic day for the first event of this fledgling organisation
