Milborne Port Parish Council - Information:

The Parish Clerk:

The Parish Clerk is employed by the corporate body of the Council to manage the council's services and run its projects. The clerk reports to the council as a whole and not individual members. The Parish Clerk has a certain amount of delagated power and can make some decision without referring to the the council's committees. The clerk is employed for three days per week.

Normal Working Days:

The Parish Clerk normally works Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Deputy Clerk & Allotments Officer:

The Deputy Clerk reports to the Parish Clerk and is responsible for the managment of the Allotments, the administration of the Planning & Environment Committee and is employed for 1.5 days per week.

Please contact the Deputy Clerk directly for all matters relating to the Allotments and the Planning & Environment Committee

Normail Working Days:

The Deputy Parish Clerk normally works on a Tuesady & Wednesday
